For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer's domain name, but not the e-mail address (where possible).

We collect the e-mail addresses of those who post messages to our bulletin board, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, the e-mail addresses of those who make postings to our chat areas, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. We will not KNOWINGLY release such info, EVER, except concerning issues surrounding national security and to a lesser extent, the law! Even if this web page is sold, the user database will be DESTROYED before transfering it. I hate SPAM, I know you do too. It stops here! Now, if some sucker hacks into my database, I'm going to be royally TICKED, but at that point, their is not much I can do about it. The best solution, register here via a bugmenot, or spam gourmet email address. Just be careful if you order something down the road, that the email address still works. Hey, why not just get a disposable one off hotmail or yahoo. Now, if you do sign up for a newsletter down the road, I'll email it to you if indeed we add email newsletters. Why I would do so instead of RSS or ATOM syndication escapes me.

The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for each individual visitor.

With respect to cookies: We use cookies to store visitors preferences, record user-specific information on what pages users access or visit, record past activity at a site in order to provide better service when visitors return to our site , customize Web page content based on visitors' browser type or other information that the visitor sends. Hey, the CMS does this automatically, and I'm not going to dig into php to figure out how to modify it not to, yet still remember your settings.

If you supply us with your postal address on-line you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address. This is true, we don't want to send out snail mail or packages. This is the age of the net. Now, if we do start selling stuff, sure, we will ship you what you ordered, and will do so quickly. No unsolicated junk mail though, it just doesn't pay, and its bad for the environment to boot. However, if you really want snail mail flyers and or discount coupons and the like, we can print them up for you, just let us know.

With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies. Not now, but may add Google adwords later, or Yahoo publisher (whoops, its in Beta, hush hush), and maybe Amazon.

We offer visitors no ability to have factual inaccuracies corrected in information that we maintain about them. Sorry, but digging through an SQL database to change such issues is a major pita. If you screw up, just register under a new username. We can probably blow your old one away if you want.
